Lauren Holiday 2-time Olympic Champion and World Cup winner

After the short time Lori has coached me she has made me realize no dream is too big. For me the most important part of coaching has been accountability. I have found a lot of times I may commit to something for myself but not follow through and Lori has been phenomenal about gently reminding me that my word is my integrity. I would say that if anyone feels “stuck” in their career or life, coaching is a great way to evaluate the ways you can get out of your own way. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, ask the right questions and genuinely care.

Working with Lori was exactly what I needed in that patch of life. She helped me climb out of a bit of a hole where I felt unsure, unconfident, and uninspired. She reminded me what made me great in sports, and in a very real way connected it to the projects that I was working on.
